Booking Terms and Conditions

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Here are our booking terms and conditions. Please contact us if you have any questions, or would like to make a booking.

DEFINITIONS

‘Owner’ refers to the proprietors of Ollerbrook Farm Cottages and Bunkhouse. ‘Guests’ refers to any and all persons making a booking at Ollerbrook Farm Cottages and Bunkhouse.
‘The Property’ refers to Ollerbrook Farm Cottages and Bunkhouse

‘Booking’ means a stay at the Property

CONTRACT

The contract for a holiday home rental shall be made between you and Ollerbrook Farm Cottages and Bunkhouse. The contract shall become binding only when Ollerbrook Farm Cottages and Bunkhouse issues the booking confirmation and the deposit is paid in cleared funds. The contract will be subject to all of the following conditions:

PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking. The balance of the payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival (8 weeks for Christmas and New Year bookings), and no reminder will be sent. If the booking is made within 4/8 weeks of the arrival date, then we will require full payment, which is non-refundable.

Payment of your deposit signifies agreement with these terms and conditions – a copy of which is provided with every booking.

CANCELLATION

Should you need to cancel your booking, this should be done in writing to Ollerbrook Farm, Ollerbrook, Edale, Derbyshire S33 7ZG, as soon as possible. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance, as if the property is not re-let, you will be liable for the full balance due.

PERIOD OF HIRE

All accommodation is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure. (We may be able to make more agreeable times for you depending on the time of year).

CARE OF THE PROPERTY

Ollerbrook Farm Cottages and Bunkhouse are fully cleaned prior to your arrival. Beds will be made up and clean towels provided for guests. Please leave the property in a similar condition at the end of your stay. We request guests respect the property; it’s fixtures, fittings and contents. Any breakages, damages or stains must be reported as soon as possible. Additional charges may be made for extra cleaning should the property require it.

SMOKING AND PETS

For safety reasons and the comfort of other guests, we have adopted a no-smoking policy in the properties.

We are unable to accommodate pets in the properties.

LIABILITY

We cannot under any circumstances accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the possessions of guests, their cars, including contents, or for any personal injury.
If the property you have booked becomes unusable for some reason prior to the date of booking, we will refund all monies paid, and liability is restricted to this only.
